Enterprise Pricing for Tableau-to-Power BI Migrations

Annual BIChart access is quoted from your workbook migration capacity, with shared data sources and Prep flows as optional add-ons when needed. Estimate program economics with our migration cost calculator, run a self-service trial or proof of value on real assets, then talk to us for commercial terms.

From Assessment To Your Proposal

One practical path: understand scope, align on what's in the program, then receive an annual subscription proposal aligned to that scope.

  1. Step 1

    Start With The Migration Assessment

Inventory your Tableau estate and estimate cost and effort with BIChart's Tableau migration assessment—the same baseline we use to right-size pricing.

  2. Step 2

    Align On Scoped Inventory

We reconcile what ships in-phase, what stays in backlog, and how we count assets in your program so pricing matches real migration scope.

  3. Step 3

    Receive A Proposal

You get an annual subscription proposal shaped to your timeline, stakeholders, and technical constraints.

How Automation Shifts Program Economics

Manual programs front-load rebuild work on every asset; BIChart automates the build-and-transform heavy lift so experts focus on QA, performance, and sign-off—consistent with the at least 80% reduction in manual migration effort we describe for Tableau → Power BI.

Common Questions

How Is BIChart Priced?

BIChart is sold as an annual license built on migration credits—one credit represents one Tableau workbook. Your proposal is sized from our assessment and inventory against the volume tier that fits your program. Contact us for terms aligned to your migration.

What Does The License Cover?

Your license includes prepaid workbook migration capacity plus full platform access—automation, documentation tools, and program artifacts—along with standard support for the contracted term. Shared Tableau data sources and Tableau Prep flows are not part of the workbook license; when those volumes matter for your environment, we quote them separately. We confirm inventory with you when we quote.

What If Scope Changes Or We Need More Capacity?

If you need more migration capacity during the term, we quote additional credits through a separate order or amendment while the license is active—not a wait-until-renewal true-up. Unused credits expire at the end of the contracted term and do not automatically roll over; limited carryover is only available when negotiated in writing before the term ends.

What If We Need More Time—Or Finish Early?

The standard term is twelve months of full platform access, automation, documentation features, and standard support. Smaller plans can receive limited schedule extensions when needed to finish the originally planned migration; larger programs may use negotiated multi-year structures. After migration, an optional Maintenance Subscription keeps continued access to BIChart as a system of record—logs, assessments, documentation, artifacts, updates, and standard support—without additional migration credits or the right to run new workbook migrations.

What If A Workbook Doesn't Convert Successfully?

BIChart retries and remediates using an internal reserve that does not expand how many distinct workbooks you may migrate. If a workbook still cannot produce a materially usable Power BI output after reasonable effort, we can restore the consumed credit so you can apply it to another eligible workbook within your contracted scope and term. Cosmetic differences, redesign requests, unsupported source features disclosed during assessment, source-file defects, missing credentials, and customer environment issues do not by themselves count as unsuccessful conversions.

What Support Options Are Available?

Standard support—business hours over email and Slack—is included. You can add enhanced coverage with a dedicated channel and tighter response expectations, or engage a dedicated migration consultant for hands-on program support. A Maintenance Subscription is available when you want continued platform access after the migration term. Contact us for details and availability.
